1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry to QATELIERS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit project requests through it.

2. Scope of Services

QATELIERS provides interior design and architectural services, including consultations, concept planning, design development, drawings, and project guidance. Final scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a separate project proposal or signed agreement.

3. Inquiry and Consultation

Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a binding service contract. Engagement starts only after written confirmation and applicable advance payment as agreed in the proposal.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate site/project information.
• Share approvals, feedback, and required decisions within agreed timelines.
• Ensure legal ownership/authorization for project premises and permissions.
• Coordinate third-party approvals (society, municipal, utility, or statutory) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Fees, Payments, and Revisions

Professional fees, payment milestones, taxes, and revision limits are governed by the project proposal/contract. Additional rounds of changes, scope expansion, or site condition changes may affect timeline and cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All concepts, layouts, design documents, render outputs, brand visuals, and related creative material created by QATELIERS remain our intellectual property unless a written transfer is expressly agreed. Unauthorized reuse, resale, or replication is prohibited.

7. Website Content and Use

Portfolio images, project narratives, graphics, and website content are for informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We may reference external platforms, vendors, or links. QATELIERS is not liable for third-party platform downtime, vendor defaults, or terms outside our direct control unless explicitly contracted by us in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QATELIERS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, consultation delays, third-party execution issues, force majeure events, or data/network interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service requests that are abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or outside feasible project constraints. Outstanding dues and documented work completed up to termination remain payable.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
